  • Connect with licensed insurance agents and carriers.
  • Submit applications for employment opportunities.

Disclaimer: CallFlow Marketing LLC is not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite insurance policies, issue quotes directly, or guarantee coverage. We connect you with third-party partners who can provide these services.

3. TCPA Consent & Telemarketing Agreement

This section is a material condition of using our Service. By submitting your contact information (including telephone number) on our forms, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Express Written Consent: You provide your signature expressly consenting to receive marketing calls, SMS messages, and pre-recorded voice messages from CallFlow Marketing LLC and our trusted marketing partners.
  • Automated Technology: You agree that these communications may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or artificial/prerecorded voice technology.
  • No Condition of Purchase: You understand that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
  • Revocation: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages by replying "STOP" and calls by requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list.

4. Lead Verification (Jornaya)

To ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other regulations, we utilize third-party verification services such as Jornaya/Verisk.

By using our Service, you consent to Jornaya collecting data related to your interaction with our forms (including a "visual playback" of your user session) to document that valid consent was provided. This data is used solely for legal compliance and dispute resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CallFlow Marketing LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and Pakistan. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CallFlow Marketing LLC.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
